Kevin Chen
Kevin is a graduate of Stanford Graduate School of Business, Harvard Kennedy School of Government and Princeton University. As an admissions consultant, Kevin has set the industry’s “Gold Standard” for getting Chinese applicants into Harvard, Stanford and Wharton. Since 2007, Kevin has worked with more than 200 admits to Harvard/Stanford/Wharton and more than 300 admits to the remaining “M7” MBA programs (MIT, Chicago, Northwestern and Columbia).
Prior to becoming an admissions consultant, Kevin developed marketing campaigns for the NBA and consulted Fortune 500 firms for McKinsey in the U.S. and China. Kevin also brings advanced writing and presentation skills from working as a Senior Correspondent for Reuters and as a PR specialist for Ogilvy & Mather.
After Kevin’s clients enter business schools, Kevin continues to mentor them on recruiting for summer and full-time jobs and on making the best use of the MBA experience. Kevin maintains active connections with his former clients to form a global support network for MBA students and applicants.
Nancy Chang
Nancy received her MBA from Harvard Business School and holds a Bachelor of Law degree from National Taiwan University. Nancy is the founder of an education technology company, PathWisdom, which focuses on empowering people to design better careers and life.
Prior to this, Nancy was a senior product manager at TripAdvisor and a senior consultant at McKinsey & Company, where she guided leading companies across the APAC region. Fluent in English and Chinese with extensive work experience in both US & Asia, Nancy had a transformative experience at Harvard Business School, and she is extremely passionate about helping more applicants reach their dream MBA programs. Over the years, Nancy has mentored over 100 students and guided them on their MBA applications and journeys. TopMBAPro is the product of Nancy's passion for building a platform that incorporates expert insights and smart tech to unleash the full potential of more applicants.
Maria Wich-Vila
Maria is a graduate of Harvard Business School (HBS) and Princeton University. At HBS, Maria worked with the HBS admissions office to conduct significant applicant outreach and guidance, such as organizing admissions events and serving as point person to address questions on application essays and interviews from prospective HBS applicants. These experiences have enabled Maria to become one of the world’s foremost admissions consulting experts since 2005.
Maria is also the founder and creator of the ApplicantLab, an MBA application software that has been endorsed by HBS’s student newspaper, The Harbus, and selected by the SIIA as 1 of 10 innovative “Education Software Pioneers”.
Maria delivers value for applicants by combining her HBS adcom knowledge with her extensive background in writing, marketing and digital media. After writing and editing for The Harbus at HBS, Maria launched mobile campaigns for NBC, Univision and CNN, and later managed Viva Vision partnerships with Sports Illustrated, Star Wars and Disney while developing cutting edge mobile products. Through these ventures, Maria spent substantial time exploring businesses and cultures outside the US while living or working in China, Taiwan, India, Latin America and The Middle East. This global perspective has enabled Maria to gain a holistic, personal understanding of how to help international applicants pitch and market their profiles to top MBA programs.
Sandy Liu
Sandy is an experienced MBA admissions consultant with demonstrated results helping clients get accepted into top MBA programs such as HBS, MIT, CBS, NYU and UCLA, with many clients awarded fellowships. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Foreign Languages and Literatures from National Taiwan University.
Prior to this, Sandy helped found an ad agency, worked in product marketing for both startups and large tech in Silicon Valley, and managed entrepreneurial ventures. She is an expert in helping clients tell unique and compelling career stories to craft a stellar profile.

Peggy Pan
Peggy is an entrepreneur with a passion for branding, product marketing and storytelling. Having advised over 30 brands, ranging from MNCs, startups to governments, Peggy has extensive experiences in brand positioning, go-to-market approaches and creative campaigns at global scales.
Peggy began her career at Ogilvy, where she gained multidisciplinary training and insights. In search for new defining elements in branding and creativity, Peggy later joined the KYU collective and established RedPeak’s first office in Asia. Outside work, Peggy has taken leadership roles in global youth organizations, such as AIESEC and Global Shapers Community. Peggy graduated from National Chiao Tung University and is currently obtaining her MBA degree at Stanford University.

Cynthia Chang
Cynthia is a current MBA student at MIT Sloan. She focuses on bringing ideas to life through Strategic Planning, UX Research, Data Analytics and Wire Design. She has helped top companies deliver great user experience through integrated digital solutions.
Prior to MIT Sloan, Cynthia worked at OgilvyOne and PChome, and graduated from National Taiwan University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.

Kevin Hsueh
With a degree in computer science and applied math from the University of Washington, Kevin has a strong logical and entrepreneurial mindset when solving problems. Kevin started his career as a software engineer at Amazon’s Kindle department, putting customers first and providing the best demo experience at Amazon bookstores. At the same time Kevin founded the first immersive room escape in Seattle, Enigma Studio.
Kevin is now pursuing his MBA degree at Columbia Business School, where he focuses his studies on technology and consulting related courses. At CBS, Kevin won first places in Pangea Non-Profit Consulting Competition and Amazon Case Competition. During the summer he worked at Riot Games in Los Angeles, consolidating strategies for the product team. Post-CBS, Kevin will be working as an Associate in McKinsey Shanghai.

Jennifer Lee
Jennifer is an experienced tech operator (ex-Google and EdTech) who has worked across functions including product, marketing, operation, and sales. As a dual degree MBA/MS student at the Wharton School of Business and Penn Graduate School of Education, Jennifer is passionate about value creation at the intersection of people development, technology, and business.
Jennifer is also a pioneer of Design Thinking in Asia, having published the first Design Thinking book for Asian youths in multiple languages - a top 30 bestseller on Amazon China. Jennifer graduated from National Taiwan University with a Bachelor's in International Business.
Tiffany Chiu
Tiffany Chiu is a graduate of Columbia Business School. She has extensive experience in consumer behavior and insights, which were built throughout her career at Kantar and Shopee.
With a strong passion for the food industry, she launched EaTogether, a project to match strangers over brunches when she was an MBA student at Columbia.
Previously, Tiffany was a flight attendant for Singapore Airlines. In her spare time, Tiffany is a travel blogger who shares her experiences visiting exotic and offbeat places.
Wayne Wang

Esther Chang
Esther began her career at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Taipei. She focuses on the Finance and Technology industries and has extensive experience with overall business strategy design and transformation planning and implementation. She also spent a summer with Rakuten Mobile in their IoT business unit, developing IoT product strategy.
Outside of work, Esther is passionate about traveling, art, and performances. Esther graduated from National Taiwan University and is currently obtaining her MBA degree at Harvard Business School.
Joyce Yang
Joyce is passionate about consumer goods and technology, and she has accumulated extensive experiences in strategic planning, marketing and sales team management. A former McKinsey consultant, Joyce believes that grooming talents is fundamental to driving long-term success. Her previous work at McKinsey and Shopee, combined with her current position at Opsis MCube Capital, has given her a mix of analytical savvy and creative thinking.

Sophia Lien

Edwin Liao
Edwin Liao is an experienced private equity investor and management consultant. Before Harvard Business School, he worked as a director in IDG Capital, one of the largest alternative investment firms in Greater China, where he focused on cross-border buyout transactions in technology sectors. In IDG, Edwin closed three high-profile transactions in Germany, UK, and the US respectively, and conducted two growth-equity investments, which in total generated 5x return within two years. Before IDG Capital, he spent one year in Bain & Company.
Born and raised in Sichuan, China, Edwin graduated from Fudan University in Shanghai with a Bachelor’s in Material Chemistry. Edwin is passionate about “Boujee lifestyle” - he enjoys working out daily, collecting art pieces, and being a key opinion leader on reviewing restaurants on Dianping.
Egbert Cheng
Egbert's experiences cover management consulting (McKinsey), start-ups (e-commerce & fintech) and big tech (Microsoft) in both the West and the East, with a particular focus on US and China markets.
Egbert obtained his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College with a focus on strategy, marketing and finance in startup, VC and tech industries. Egbert also was legally trained at National Taiwan University School of Law with a focus on privacy, policy, financial & international trade/WTO regulations, and dispute resolutions in the US, China and the EU.

Grace is a graduate of National Taiwan University Department of Business Administration, majoring in marketing and operational decision-making.
Grace used to work at Motherhouse, a Japanese social enterprise, as the manager of marketing and head office. Founder of 社企流, Grace has been focusing on social enterprises and social innovation for many years

Stan Chang
Stan is an entrepreneur focused on building enterprise software services. Prior to Harvard Business School, he was a Program Manager at Microsoft designing features for the Windows operating system. He also was a product management intern at Alphabet subsidiary, Sidewalk Labs, working on new technologies for smart cities. He is passionate about applying technology to improve business efficiency and ultimately improving how people live their lives.
Outside of class, he is the photo editor for the Harvard Business School newspaper, the Harbus, the social chair for his section, and the Director of Community for the Harvard Business School Tech Club.
Stan is pursuing a joint-degree MS/MBA at Harvard Business School and Harvard John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences.
I-Ting Wan
I-Ting is an experienced Product Manager with extensive experiences in the FMCG industry. Skilled in product management, go-to-market and marketing strategies, I-Ting is a current MBA student at MIT Sloan. Prior to MIT Sloan, I-Ting worked at Kao Corporation as a Senior Brand Executive and at L'Oreal as a Product Manager.
I-Ting graduated from National Chengchi University with a Bachelor's in Business Administration and Management.
Kevin Li
Kevin is passionate about creating and building popular products — from live social media and bike sharing to cryptocurrency and speech processing — and bringing them to people's lives. He joined M17 Entertainment, a market leader in live streaming, social media and photo sharing, as employee #6. His product and engineering leadership has been integral to the company’s growth: ~500 people, $80 million in annual revenue, and offices in Taiwan, Japan, the US and Hong Kong. Kevin headed M17's ~100-person product management and software development departments.
As an accomplished tech entrepreneur, Kevin is now pursuing an MBA degree at Harvard Business School.
Sida Wang
Sida is a Senior Vice President of 1251 Capital Group. Prior to joining the firm, he was an Associate at Thomas H. Lee Partners (THL) where he invested across the financial and information services sectors. THL has raised over $25 billion of private equity capital since its inception in 1974. Prior to THL, Sida worked as a financial analyst in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman, Sachs & Co.
Sida received his MBA from Harvard Business School and holds a B.S. in Finance from Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
